After outlining what made him go into Asset Management coming from a Strategy Consulting background, he gave insights into current and future market and consumer behaviour trends within the Asset Management industry, and how BlackRock may be affected by them.

Alexander Van der Bellen, chairman of the parliamentary club and federal spokesperson of the Austrian Green Party from 1997 to 2008, gave an interesting reflection on his academic career as a professor of economics and gave insights into how he got dragged into politics to become one of the most popular Austrian politicians.
